CONSUMER TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to consumer purchases. Business customers should select our B2B terms during checkout.

Overview

This website is operated by A Rebellious Nature. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ARN. We offer this website and all products and services to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected by these terms.
These terms apply to all website users including browsers and customers. Business customers have separate terms available during checkout.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes affecting consumer rights. Your continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
Our store uses Shopify’s e-commerce platform.

Section 1: General Use Terms

You must be at least 18 or have parental consent to use this site.
You may not use our products for illegal purposes or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You must not transmit viruses or harmful code.
Material breaches may result in account suspension after notice and opportunity to remedy, except for illegal activities which may result in immediate termination.

Section 2: Service Conditions

We may refuse service for breach of terms, illegal activity, or where prohibited by law. This does not affect completed purchases.
Your content (excluding payment information) may be transmitted over networks. Payment information is always encrypted.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of our service without written permission. Normal web linking is permitted.

Section 3: Information Accuracy

While we aim for accuracy, product descriptions are binding commitments under your consumer rights. General website content is provided for information only.
We may update website content but have no obligation to do so except as required by law. You should monitor changes that may affect you.

Section 4: Service and Price Changes

Prices are fixed once orders are confirmed. We may modify services with reasonable notice except for emergency maintenance. This does not affect existing orders or your consumer rights.
We are not liable for service modifications to the extent permitted by law, but your statutory rights remain protected.

Section 5: Products and Services

Some products may be online-only with limited quantities subject to our returns policy.
Products must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Colour variations due to monitor differences are expected.
We may refuse orders for suspected fraud, security concerns, or reseller activity. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled without your consent except for stock unavailability.
Product descriptions and pricing may change before order confirmation at our discretion.

Section 6: Account Information

You must provide accurate purchase and account information and update it promptly.
We may limit orders that appear to be from dealers or resellers.

Section 7: Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. This does not affect your consumer rights if third-party tools are integral to our service.
Use of optional tools is at your own risk. Ensure you understand third-party terms before use.

We are not liable for third-party transactions. Review third-party policies carefully before engaging.

Section 9: User Content

This licence is non-exclusive and ends when you request removal.
You confirm your content is original, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
We may monitor and remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Section 11: Errors and Corrections

We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders before dispatch with full refund. Once dispatched, your consumer rights apply including cancellation rights under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We have no obligation to update information except as required by law.

Section 12: Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site for: unlawful purposes; violating regulations; infringing intellectual property; harassment or discrimination; submitting false information; transmitting harmful code; collecting personal information; spamming; obscene purposes; or circumventing security.
We may terminate access for prohibited uses after appropriate notice except for illegal activities.

Section 13: Warranties and Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Products must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose.
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
For business use of our website or products, our liability is limited to the amount paid, except for mandatory liabilities above.
We provide the service “as is” but your statutory consumer rights apply to all purchases.

Section 14: Consumer Indemnification

This indemnification clause does not apply to consumer purchases. Business customers agree to indemnify us for breaches of these terms under separate B2B terms.

Section 15: Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, other provisions remain valid. Unenforceable provisions will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 16: Termination

We will provide reasonable notice before terminating consumer accounts except for fraud or illegal activity.
Upon termination, payment obligations and other continuing duties survive as appropriate.

Section 17: Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the complete agreement and supersede previous agreements. Ambiguities will not be construed against either party.

Section 18: Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law. This does not affect your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

Section 19: Changes

Material changes affecting consumer rights will be notified 30 days in advance via email and website notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
